Chapter 5. Nothing to gain everything to lose.

As Conner searched the outside of my shorts for my stiffening cock I had to wonder if I was allowing him to do the right thing. Finally I decided this was wrong for now and as I opened my mouth to speak there was a knock at his door. I moved his hand away and got up adjusting myself as I went to open it. It was Caden.

“What’s up guys? I felt a little bored and I wanted to know if we could do something.”

“I’m gonna go call sis and tell her you’re in bed before she wonders what we are up to.”

“That sounds like a good idea, want me to moan in the background for you?”

“Don’t be stupid Caden she doesn’t need that much information besides she is probably so deep in paperwork that she forgot already.”

He picked up the phone and rang the amusement park. He began talking with whoever answered and he seemed to grow quiet and then a panicked look suddenly came across his face. He hung up the phone without saying anything else.

“Shit! Caden go get in bed now!”

“Why?”

“They told me she is on her way here to check on you.”

“Oh great!” I said.

Just then we heard the door slam downstairs and then after a minute footsteps. Caden was in bed and I was sitting on the edge next to him.

“Pretend your sleeping.” I whispered to him.

She poked her head in the door and I turned around. When I saw her I put my finger to my mouth and made the shush sound so she would know he was asleep and then I got up and walked over to her.

“He just fell asleep a little while ago. He has been running to the bathroom for the last hour.”

“Oh wonderful, she said. How bad does it look? Do you think we’ll need a doctor?”

“Not yet let him sleep and then we can watch to see how he feels when he wakes up.”

Just then Conner came walking in acting all surprised.

“Sis, what are you doing here? I thought for sure you would be at work.”

“Well I felt bad for Caden and I wanted to check on him.”

He looked over at the bed and then at her.

“He looks asleep sis.”

“I know that already.”

“Well why don’t we all get out of here and let him sleep? I asked.

She took the hint and turned and walked out of the room. We followed and I shut Caden’s bedroom door.

“Has he been bad… sorry what’s your name again?”

I rolled my eyes.

“Ryan.”

“Oh yeah… sorry Ryan, has he been feeling worse?”

“I’m not a doctor but I don’t think he is worse just not totally better. It might take a few days or he might be better tomorrow.”

“Well as long as you are okay with it take what time you need. I guess I can trust you with these two and besides at least I know where they are now… you always have… the maid and cook… whatever their names are… to help if there is a problem”

“I have to get back to work now Reese so call me if anything else happens they have the number.”

“Okay I will, and it’s RYAN.”

“Yes, sorry, Ryan. Got it!”

“By the way Caitlin since we aren’t going to rush his recovery I suppose that staying for the weekend won’t be a problem then?”

“I suppose not Ryan just call me and well never mind I will call here to see how he is doing. I have to get back now, bye Conner tell Caden I was asking for him and I hope he feels better soon. Okay love ya.”

“Sis, wait I need something from you.”

He followed her outside and they talked for a second. She handed him some cash and then she walked to her car got in, started it and stormed off like she was never really here in the first place. Conner came back in with a smile on his face.

“What was that all about?”

“I told her we needed cash for the weekend so she gave me $500 bucks and then I told her I wanted to get your family their pass money back and she said she would look into it and let me know later today.”

“That would be great. My father paid a lot for this week’s pass for all four of us.”

“I know Ry; remember I know how much prices are.”

“Oh yeah I forgot.”

He waved the five hundred dollar bills in front of me and I snatched at them grabbing all five at once.

“Hey! Give them back!”

“You shouldn’t wave cash in some ones face smart ass that’s how you lose it!”

I handed him the money and went back inside the house. I was going to try and find Caden’s room but I heard him come downstairs as I went into the main room.

“You know she is gone?”

“Yeah I can see from my bedroom. She left as fast as she came I didn’t expect anything less from her.”

“Why?”

“Because she hasn’t paid anymore attention to us then she has to since she took over parental rights two years ago!”

Conner stated as he came walking into the room to see what we were doing. Then he added…

“She doesn’t give one good crap about us as far as I can tell. Yeah maybe she does love us some but she loves the business and cash even more that’s why I didn’t really think there would be a problem with getting you to stay here. My only fear was that she wouldn’t let us leave but now that she thinks she has a babysitter in you she might leave us alone more with you. I am sure she will look closely in the beginning but she doesn’t even come here to sleep Ryan. She has her own place ten minutes from the park and she lives there with her boyfriend Randy.”

“This is weird guys I mean why did she even bother with you two if you tell me she doesn’t care?”

“That’s easy Ryan… said Caden, Cash and that park. She only has total control till we are eighteen and then its split in thirds so it might be weird but we think she tries to stay on our good side so she can keep running it when we are old enough because we will have 2/3’s of it then and we can really boot her ass out if we wanted too in seven years.”

“So what happens to her after the park closes in October?”

“Last year she hired a nanny for us and took a two month vacation over seas. She came back right after Christmas and didn’t even call to wish us a Merry Christmas or anything.”

“Yeah Ry, that’s when Caden and me figured out she was up to something.”

“Yeah I see. So you two kinda knew all along this might work and you didn’t tell me? Was this a setup and I am the person to get you two away from her?”

They both screamed no in unison at me.

“Honest Ryan we didn’t plan this at all.” A rather excited Conner blurted out at me.

“Please Ryan you have to believe him, added Caden, I never had that idea and I am sure Conner didn’t either did you Conner?”

He looked at Caden and then me.

“Conner please tell me… us, you didn’t have that idea in mind and you are not using Ryan”

“Well I didn’t at first but I promised Ryan I would be honest so I am going to tell you both I did think about it and hoped it might work out for ALL of us Ryan…please don’t be upset I wasn’t trying to put anything over on you!”

I stood in silence knowing they both would think the worst if I didn’t answer. Now I was going to have a little fun myself and return the ‘put something over’ thing on Conner but I really am not that upset, after all I did want both of them and I did get what I wanted didn’t I? I reached for the door since I was still standing right in front of it and I saw panic in Caden’s eyes. Then I looked at Conner and he seemed pretty much puzzled at what I was about to do. If I had to guess I would definitely say that Caden is the smarter or maybe faster witted one in this family although I have to admit Conner isn’t all there in certain area’s but when it comes to cash he seems to have it all together all right. But anyway… I grabbed for the door handle and Caden started to yell.

“Wait Ryan please don’t go!”

With my back to them and now a smile on my face I shot back…

“Why? Give me one good reason to stay!”

“Because I love you Ryan.” Caden said.

“Yeah me too Ry, please I am sorry man!”

I let go of the door and turned. They saw the smile and both ran to me and pretended to beat me up.

“You were just teasing this time weren’t you?” asked Caden.

“Yes I was. But I don’t like being played. I said as I looked at Conner. I am not going anywhere as long as you two behave and do as you are told.”

They were both smiling now as we broke our three way hug.

“I know I will no matter what you ask Ryan.” said Caden.

“Yeah me too I guess. Added Conner. Well almost anything.”

I started to laugh.

I gave his head a rub and walked over and sat on the stool in front of the counter. Caden followed like a little pup. We were in the kitchen and there were a few tables in here. This one was a one piece set aside with a marble top and four stools around it.

“This is where we used to eat a lot with our parents Ryan. Caden said to me. I still eat here a lot and think about my mom, I miss her so much!”

He grew silent.

“It’s okay to think about her Caden it’s totally normal to miss her too.”

“How about you Conner?”

I asked as I got up and stood behind Caden.

“Well yeah I miss them both real bad.”

That was all he said. I had a feeling something was up with him when it came to his parents but I wasn’t sure yet what it was. He seemed distant when it came to them.

I put both my hands on Caden’s shoulders and rubbed a bit and then I stopped and he turned to me.

“So what are we going to do now?”

I looked at Conner and he just shrugged his shoulders.

“What do you want to do?”

He smiled.

“I mean besides sex. Geeze is that all you think about, you are worse them me and I am a teen with a constant hard on!”

Caden looked down at my shorts when I said that.

“You don’t look like you have one now Ryan.”

He laughed at what his brother said and Conner looked embarrassed all of a sudden for really no reason. This is a strange family I swear!

Now I laughed and Caden was confused. He didn’t understand what squirt meant.

“I don’t know do we have to do something?”

I got up and headed for the door. I expected he might stop me but nothing happened so I grabbed the doorknob and opened the door and left shutting it behind me. He’s on his way over on his bike. I’m going outside to meet him and prove I am in here he didn’t believe me just like I thought on the phone. I walked down and as I got to the gate he came screaming up on his bike.

“Easy to get lost. It’s getting better but its so weird being in such a huge place full of all kinds of antique crap.”

“Better not just yet. Let them get used to me first then I will see about inviting you over.”

He laughed and took off.

“I will, talk to you tomorrow.” I screamed to him as he took off on his bike.

Paulie’s pretty neat, he’s a few weeks younger then I am and we grew up together and do a lot of stuff together in and out of school. If I weren’t here I would probably be with him now. I didn’t wait for an answer as I walked past him into the house. He followed attempting to say more but I cut him off.

“I would advise you not to go deeper into this or I will either ask your brother for permission and he will give it or I will just call your sister and tell her your out of control and I am going home which will not only piss her off it will piss off Caden and send you both back to never, never land.”

I waited for a come back from him but he knew he was had and didn’t say a word, he just walked away. His brother was right about one thing for sure. Conner had a way of trying to show who was in charge but it wasn’t going to work here. I am in charge for now… I headed upstairs to Caden’s room.

“Caden your brother is too much!”

“Huh, what did he do now?”

“I had a friend over who lives a few blocks away and we were talking… he was outside the gate and after he left Conner was at the door waiting for me with questions about who he was and stuff. Then he told me I had to have his permission to have someone over and I let him have it with both barrels.”

“No silly I mean I am not taking his crap and I am just going to ignore him all together soon.”

“He won’t like that Ryan.”

“Yeah well he is going to have to learn that I don’t take orders from him.”

“Give it some time I think he will come around.”

“I hope so for his sake Caden because if he doesn’t it’s not worth me staying here even if you’re both… well let’s just say if you need me.”

“You are going to leave me?”

“Only if he can’t get himself under control, besides I gave him a really good reason to behave.”

“Yeah, what’s that?”

“I told him I would call your sister and have her come get you both and take you back to the park.”

“That’s a good one alright. If you had to use anything that might work. He wants to be here where he has more freedom, I know that for sure.”

“He certainly isn’t acting like it.”

“Just give him time Ryan he needs to realize that he isn’t in charge now and he should come around.”

“I should huh?” we heard from in the hall. The brat was spying on our conversation. He came into Caden’s room.

“Caden what makes you think I will come around to anything?”

“What gives you the right to spy on what we are talking about privately?” He snapped back at Conner.

“I can do what I want in here!”

“When did you become such an ass hole Conner?”

This was getting good.

“I am not an ass hole but you are an ass kisser! Every time he come running to you with something you tell him it will be okay!”

“That’s because it really will be if you stop treating him like a worker and more like a friend.”

“He’s not a friend he’s trying to take over us.”

He was silent for a second probably thinking what to say.

“He is watching you if you want but I don’t need a baby sitter, I’m old enough to take care of myself.”

“Yeah well jerk off if you don’t cool it we are going to be back with sis and not here. Remember that stupid? He is why we are home instead of stuck at the park! You can go back but I like to be home sometimes!”

Now Conner was beat red. He went to go for Caden and Caden jumped away. I grabbed Conner by his shirt before he could get close to Caden.

“OKAY ENOUGH! I said as I took hold of him. Both of you had your little fight and its over.”

He struggled to break from me but I was much stronger then he was. Good thing for Caden I suppose.

He struggled with me but he wasn’t close to being strong enough to over power me. Finally he realized I wasn’t going to let go and he wasn’t going to break free and he calmed. When he did I let go and he seemed to behave at first. He took another dive for Caden and I grabbed him once again and this time with more force I led him out of Caden’s bedroom and into the hall. I had him by the back of his neck and an arm.

“Let go you are hurting me.”

I didn’t say a thing I just applied more pressure.

“So what’s wrong? Why didn’t you finish?”

“Because I don’t want to go back.” He said in a very low tone.

“Then maybe I will call her and tell her this was all a lie and she should come and get you both now. At least I will be done baby sitting and as sad as it is have both of you out of my face.”

I turned to look at Caden. He could see the anger in my face I was sure of it.

“Conner, he said Why don’t you go to your room and relax some huh? Before something happens that you don’t want.”

Without another word he walked away. I turned and looked at Caden and he came over to me and gave me a hug.

“I’m sorry he is acting this way Ryan. He is usually a good person and doesn’t give anyone trouble, I wish I knew what was bothering him so much.”

“Me too cutie, me too! We’ll let him cool off for a while and then maybe I’ll try talking to him again.”

“That sounds like a good idea but I wouldn’t be surprised if he didn’t want to talk to you anytime soon. He is stubborn and you did hurt him when you grabbed him by the neck Ryan so just remember that if you do try again.”

I looked at him and fainted a smile. We had broken our hug already and I could tell he still wanted me around. I just wish I knew what was going through the other ones mind. About an hour later I went to try his door and it was locked I decided it wouldn’t be worth a battle and besides it was getting late. I went to the room that Caden showed me to earlier and told me I could used for sleeping in and decided to call it a night. I shut my door and stripped down to my underwear, pulled down the sheets and set the alarm for 8am. It was 10:30 now so that should be plenty of sleep.

I turned off the light and got into bed. I figured I would fall right asleep but I was in a weird house and an unusual surrounding so I couldn’t fall asleep right away. As I lay there I thought about how things went from good to bad in a matter of hours and what could possibly be eating at Conner. He was so nice and then turned into a pre-teenage monster in a matter of hours. Finally I dozed off.
